Project Details

This playground was built for the disabled children of Kilifi Primary School Special Unit. In developing countries, those with disabilities are frequently neglected. This playground was built to provide the disabled children of Kilifi Primary School with their own special area. All the apparatus in this playground was designed so that it can be easily and safely used by children with a wide range of disabilities. It is a fun, stimulating and happy place. Additionally, this playground is eco-friendly as it is largely built out of recycled materials.
